Before service, customers should inform us of any known:
Paint damage
Previous wraps or decals
Repainted areas
Rust or corrosion
Scratches, dents, or body damage
Aftermarket modifications
Other conditions that may affect installation
Dynamic Wraps & Tints is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage or conditions that may affect the installation or removal of wrapping or tinting materials.
Vehicle wraps, decals, and window tint are installed onto existing vehicle surfaces.
The condition of the vehicle’s paint, body panels, glass, trim, and other surfaces may affect the final appearance and installation process.
Older, damaged, repainted, peeling, or poorly maintained surfaces may carry an increased risk of paint or surface damage during removal of vinyl or other materials.
Customers acknowledge that Dynamic Wraps & Tints cannot guarantee that removal of previously installed materials will leave every surface in its original condition.
For custom graphics, wraps, and other design services, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the final design before production or installation.
Once a design has been approved, changes requested afterward may result in additional costs or delays.
Dynamic Wraps & Tints is not responsible for errors in customer-provided information that has been approved for production.
A deposit or payment may be required before work begins.
The required deposit amount and payment schedule will be communicated to the customer before the project begins.
Work may not begin until required deposits or payments have been received.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
Customers should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Deposits may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling policies communicated at the time of booking.
Repeated cancellations, late cancellations, or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in the loss of a deposit or require a new deposit to schedule future work, where permitted by applicable law.
Estimated completion times are provided as a general estimate and may vary depending on:

Customers are responsible for following the recommended care and maintenance instructions provided after installation.
Improper washing, harsh chemicals, automatic car washes, pressure washing at inappropriate settings, scratches, accidents, environmental exposure, or improper maintenance may damage wraps, graphics, or tint.
Failure to follow recommended maintenance instructions may affect the longevity and appearance of the installed materials.
Any warranty offered by Dynamic Wraps & Tints applies only to the specific services and materials covered by that warranty.
Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by:
Accidents or collisions
Improper maintenance
Scratches or physical damage
Improper washing
Vandalism
Normal wear and tear
Environmental damage
Alterations or repairs performed by another party
Pre-existing vehicle conditions
Any applicable manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions.

Window tinting services are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Dynamic Wraps & Tints may photograph completed projects for quality control, portfolio purposes, advertising, social media, or promotional materials.
Where appropriate, identifying customer information will not be publicly disclosed without permission.
